The most popular Google queries in Ukraine in 2021

Google has presented a list of the most popular queries from Ukrainian users in 2021, including "Euro 2020", "Pop-IT" and "how Squidward died", as well as the TV series "Squid Game", which entered three ratings at once.

All search queries were divided into 8 categories.

THE MOST POPULAR 2021 QUERIES ARE:

In the "BUY" category, Ukrainians were most interested in the following things: pop-it, train tickets, iPhone 13, simple jump, transport passes in Kiev, sledges for skating, vaccination certificate, PlayStation 5, Bitcoin, and vitamin D.

Among FILMS, the most searched for shows were "Venom 2," "Suicide Squad 2," "Cruella," "Wrath of Man," "Red Notice," Zack Snyder's "Justice League," "After 3" ("After the Fall: Part Three"), "Boss Milkman 2," "Dune" and "Soul."

TV'S MOST POPULAR SHOWS:

At the same time, among SERIALS, the most popular were "The Squid Game", "Jeannie and Georgia", the second season of "Beetles", "Knock on My Door", "Vacation", the anime "Attack of the Titans", the third season of the series "Difficult Teenagers", "Brigertoni", the Russian series "Militiaman from Rublevka" and the second season of the Russian-language Ukrainian series "Papik".

The list of the most popular PERSONS searched for in Google included Oleksandr Usik, Oleksiy Navalny, Maksim, Serhiy Sternenko, Adele Asanti, Alec Baldwin, Jean Beleniuk, Joe Biden, Zlata Ognevich and Andriy Yarmolenko.

Google also unveiled a "LOST" list dedicated to people who died in 2021. It includes Prince Philip, Vladimir Menshov, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Grigory Chapkis, Anton Polyakov, Alexander Chaliapin, Andrei Myagkov, Said Gubdensky, Pyotr Mamonov and Valery Garkalin.
