Secondly, you need to decide what skills you have. For example, some people find it easier to speak than to write. If so, podcasts are a great place to start.

Once you've made a decision, stick with that format until you develop a process for creating quality content in that format on an ongoing basis. Only then move on to the new format.

But even if you decide to move to a new format, you don't have to start from scratch. You can repurpose content already created in other formats.
